Moving is an intimate experience. After all, 3-4 three strangers are in your home touching all of your personal things and hauling them off in a truck! The nature of moving can certainly be uncomfortable if you’re concerned about the professionalism of the crew in your home. At motogo, we believe you should like the people you choose to handle your move.
That’s why we make sure our Movifesto is more than an ideal, it’s a reality: We don’t keep movers that you don’t like.
Bowse before you book
Movers are basically strangers to you when they show up. That means they need to be as trustworthy and likeable as possible!
With motogo, you’ll see a full profile of each available crew leader, along with the following info:
- A photo- We verify who they are so you don’t have to…
- Star ratings & reviews- Direct feedback straight from other motogo customers.
- On-time rate– No more worries if you booked an elevator or have a deadline…
- Claims rate– Careless movers won’t last long here.
- And more… (we’re working on great additional stats to include!)
We believe in transparency because we want you to recognize the face knocking on your door. Remember, surprises are for birthdays—not move days! and we want you to know a little bit about our crew’s work history through the eyes of previous customers. While most of our movers have excellent reviews, we do show the reviews that aren’t perfect to hold our crews accountable.
If you have a bad experience due to rude or super slow movers, you’re unlikely to hire the same movers twice. We’re also unlikely to keep them around. Movers should not only represent themselves as professionals, but the entire industry as well.

Moving crews always want to know how they can improve, especially if they’re interested in growing their businesses. So don’t be shy, drop us a line and give us all the details. Feel free to rant or rave about how your move day progressed. Fill us in on how carefully they handled your heirlooms and boxes, how quiet they were around your sleeping baby, how fast they worked, or how respectful they were of your home and whether the jokes they told were actually funny. We want to hear it all!
We read every single review carefully and make decisions based on them. Your review will help us determine which movers to reward and which ones to cut from the platform.
